    Yes, we are an accredited NDIS provider.

  • Where does Collective Hope operate?

    Collective Hope currently serves the greater Perth metropolitan area in Western Australia. 

  • Can I access disability services in my own home?

    Yes, we can provide disability services in your own home. For more information please visit our How We Support page by clicking here.

  • What funding can I access if I have a disability?

    If you meet the requirements you will be able to access funding through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

  • What happens if I am not eligible for the NDIS?

    You can still be part of our community participation days and we offer a range of accommodation to support people without disability.

    If you are not eligible for NDIS funding, you may be able to access funding from other sources which could include:

    • Insurance Commission of WA
    • Private insurance
