About

Focussed on Perth

We live and breathe Perth.

We understand where our participants prefer to get their local coffee, the movies they love, and all the other stuff they love about life in our great city.

We then tailor supports which enable our participants to fully engage in their everyday activities, empowering them to contribute to their local communities.

Our background

It all started in 2014 when a group of people from a local church saw that there were homeless persons in the eastern suburbs of Perth who needed help. A supported living home was then established which developed into a second home not long after.
During this time we identified that many of these individuals had undiagnosed mental health disabilities which reflected the need for 24/7 supported living.

To address this, Collective Hope Disability Services was established in 2019 as an accredited NDIS provider primarily offering supported independent living to people across the greater Perth area.

Fast forward to 2020 and Collective Hope continues to grow and now offers a full-suite of supports in the disability sector throughout the Perth metro area. For more information please click here.
