Collective Hope Community Services are committed to supporting our participants to establish a stable and empowering living situation so that they can achieve their goals.

In alignment with this commitment, we offer a range of accommodation services, tailoring supports to enable our participants to fully engage in their local communities.

We offer:

• Supported Independent Living (SIL)
  SIL is provided to participants with higher support needs who may require supports throughout the day, including overnight supports.
• Individual Living Options (ILO)

Working with the participant and their support network, ILO can be tailored to consider their needs and preferences and design a flexible package of supports.

• Individualised Core Supports (ICS)
  For those who do not have SIL or ILO funding in their NDIS plan, but do require accommodation, we are able to assist with co-designing suitable accommodation supports from core funding.
